Under USDA regulations, Hemp Growers are required to utilize the services of a USDA trained Sampling Agent within 30 days of harvest. This service involves one of our Agents coming to your site and taking the correct number of samples based on crop size, documenting the appropriate information, and facilitating sample delivery to a DEA registered and properly approved testing lab. The purpose of this process is to verify compliance with federally mandated maximum THC content of a cannabis plant to be considered hemp.
